Term Of Use

For Shop,

a) We do not charge you any fees for receiving orders through our website and delivering those orders under the Flash Deliver service.

b) It is not possible to deliver under the Flash Deliver service, you can register on our web page and receive orders in order to improve your business. We charge a small fee.

For customers,

a) Our Flash Deliver service can deliver your desired food and drinks to your home or office.

b) Payments can be made through Card payment, Bank transfer, Qr payment, ezcash when bringing food and drinks.
COD facilities are temporarily suspended.

c) In any case, you can get an inspection period for grocery items, other than food items that you order through our Flash Deliver web page for one day after receiving the product. If the item you received needs to be exchanged again, please inform us during this time. Refunds are not available here.

d) If for some reason you have not received the product you ordered, we can get back the amount you paid for it after we confirm the reason.
